Warranty:

FGC stands by our products and offers a lifetime warranty on any product, and will replace the product free of charge as long as it meets our criteria.

Our lifetime warranty will not apply to normal wear and tear of the product, and FGC reserves the right to make the final decision on whether the product fulfills this requirement. Photos of the item will be required. 

Please go to Contact Us and tell us that you wish to submit a warranty claim. Please include all the required information, as well as the name of your product and the fault with it. A representative will reach out to you for more information. 

Returns:

FGC will accept returns 30 days after the item has shipped ONLY if the item meets these criteria:

Item brand new, and clearly not used.

Contains receipt.

Without damage.

Without alteration. 

Without smell.

All items will be inspected before being refunded, if the item does not meet criteria and it is determined the return will not be accepted, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges. 

Customers can send photos to FGC before returning the item to get confirmation that the product MAY be eligible for a return, although FGC must inspect the item in person before refunding regardless. 

Customers MUST contact FGC before returning a product, and a representative will provide a return number that the customer will be required to include in the return packaging. Without contacting FGC and receiving a return number the item will not be eligible for return. 

Shipping and processing fees will be taken out of refund at customer's expense.

Custom product returns will not be accepted. 

Order Cancellation Policy:

If order cancellation is requested prior to the creation of a shipping label, customer will be eligible for a partial refund with only processing fees taken out.

If order cancellation is requested after creation of shipping label, customer will be eligible for partial refund with shipping label cost, and processing fees taken out. 

Privacy Policy:

FGC requires personal information to be given, although this information will not be sold or shared with any entity. 

The customer’s email will only be used with permission of the customer to send newsletters, new product alerts, and restock information. 

Payment information is used only in our checkout process and will not be saved.

This policy can change at any time and it is the responsibility of the customer to keep up to date on this policy.

By using this site, you accept this privacy policy. By checking out and providing personal and payment information, it is implied that you consent to the order. 

Made to Order Products:

When a product is labeled "Made to Order" it will more than likely have to be made before it will be shipped. Products that are "Made to Order" will require the customer to check a box acknowledging that the product will not ship immediately. By checking this box the customer agrees that the product will have to be made before it can be shipped, and this may take an undefined amount of time. 

Estimated order times will be updated weekly on the FGCGear instagram, as well as at the bottom of the Shop page.
